"What the heck do you eat?"

I few days ago I prepared a very tasty salad for dinner. Since I have a difficult time choosing what ingredients to add to a salad I normally throw-in everything at my disposal.
Ingredients:
-Spring mix of leafy greens
-Chopped red peppers
-Chopped yellow peppers
-Sliced mushrooms
-Chopped red onion
-Sliced tomatoes
-Pumpkin seeds
-Sunflower seeds
-Sliced almonds
-Dried cranberries
-Bee pollen
-Italian herb dressing
